THE BELL
In the heart of the market town of Charlbury, The Bell has been a place for locals to gather, dine – and at one time, stable a horse – since the seventeenth century. Restored in 2023, the inn now has 12 homely yet elegant bedrooms, decorated and equipped with furnishings crafted by talented British artisans.
Original, local and recycled materials have been used throughout the pub, with the bar itself crafted from fallen ash foraged from the Daylesford estate. The Bell’s relaxed menu celebrates seasonal produce from the farm’s market garden alongside sustainably sourced meat and fish, with generous Sunday roasts cooked slowly over the kitchen’s open fire. Larger groups can dine in The Barn, an open-plan feasting space. On warmer days, the rolling orchard garden set by a trickling stream running along the bottom of the bank is a picturesque spot to linger over an evening drink, sharing platter or outdoor game.

THE FOX
The Fox is a nineteenth-century coaching inn nestled in the Cotswold countryside at the centre of the Lower Oddington community.
It has crackling log fires, an idyllic garden terrace and a welcoming bar specialising in local beers and cocktails. The menu changes with the seasons, celebrating local produce from British growers including Daylesford’s organic farm nearby. Ingredients are sourced based on quality and flavour and chefs choose suppliers that can demonstrate the highest welfare standards with the lowest environmental impact. Fish is sourced from day boats on the south coast of England.
Unique antiques and locally crafted furnishings were sourced for each of the bedrooms to create six characterful ‘homes from home’ that are full of extra indulgences for visitors to enjoy.

THE THREE HORSESHOES
The Three Horseshoes is an eighteenth-century pub sitting in the Cotswold’s beautiful Windrush Valley.
Renowned for its warm welcome and generous community spirit, the pub serves local beers and ales, an eclectic wine list and comforting, classic food made from seasonal ingredients.
Since 1726, the pub’s innkeepers – farriers by trade, replaced the horseshoes of travellers passing through the village of Asthall. In 1977 it was renamed The Maytime, so by restoring the original name in 2023, The Three Horseshoes has returned to its roots; honouring the history and heritage of this storied and much loved building.
